惟毅表示,過去拍攝某部戲劇時與臨演的媽媽相識,對方後來成為他的乾姐姐,甚至在他陷入卡債深淵時,借出9萬元慷慨解囊,讓他逐漸信任對方。後來乾姐姐開設店面,他二話不說便投資了25萬元,可惜最終血本無歸。

當時乾姐姐告訴他,自己會賺錢主要是依靠在醫美公司的投資,並向他介紹一間位在南部的醫美診所。惟毅投入40萬元資金後,發現報酬率蠻高的,因此一股腦地將所有積蓄加碼投資,甚至借了信貸,並說服家人一起加入,最後共籌出400萬元。

惟毅起初還能按時拿到利潤,但之後就慢慢地拿不到錢;乾姐姐當時坦承診所手頭有點緊,他因此再借出20多萬元協助周轉,沒想到對方卻從此音訊全無。

他表示,最後發現根本就沒有那間醫美診所,乾姐姐目前也正被台灣警方通緝中;而他向對方男友透露自己戶頭僅剩3塊錢時,他們才終於不再厚臉皮地找他借錢。

由於家人積蓄全被騙走,惟毅坦言有段時間根本不敢回家,收到銀行寄的存證信函後,種種壓力還讓他一度動了不好的念頭。

對此,律師指出由於案件屬於投資性質,再加上雙方有簽訂合約,因此對方在刑事上難以定罪。他建議惟毅可以採取民事訴訟的手段,取得勝訴判決及債權憑證後,便有權扣押、查封對方資產。
