男星惟毅曾任行腳節目《冒險王》、《愛玩客》主持人，陽光憨厚形象深植人心；2022年與圈外女友結婚後，家庭生活幸福美滿。不過他日前在節目中透露，自己曾遭身為導演的乾姐姐詐騙，總金額更是高達400萬元，讓他戶頭一度只剩下3元，還因此不敢回家。

惟毅表示，過去拍攝某部戲劇時與臨演的媽媽相識，對方後來成為他的乾姐姐，甚至在他陷入卡債深淵時，借出9萬元慷慨解囊，讓他逐漸信任對方。後來乾姐姐開設店面，他二話不說便投資了25萬元，可惜最終血本無歸。

當時乾姐姐告訴他，自己會賺錢主要是依靠在醫美公司的投資，並向他介紹一間位在南部的醫美診所。惟毅投入40萬元資金後，發現報酬率蠻高的，因此一股腦地將所有積蓄加碼投資，甚至借了信貸，並說服家人一起加入，最後共籌出400萬元。

惟毅起初還能按時拿到利潤，但之後就慢慢地拿不到錢；乾姐姐當時坦承診所手頭有點緊，他因此再借出20多萬元協助周轉，沒想到對方卻從此音訊全無。

他表示，最後發現根本就沒有那間醫美診所，乾姐姐目前也正被台灣警方通緝中；而他向對方男友透露自己戶頭僅剩3塊錢時，他們才終於不再厚臉皮地找他借錢。

由於家人積蓄全被騙走，惟毅坦言有段時間根本不敢回家，收到銀行寄的存證信函後，種種壓力還讓他一度動了不好的念頭。

對此，律師指出由於案件屬於投資性質，再加上雙方有簽訂合約，因此對方在刑事上難以定罪。他建議惟毅可以採取民事訴訟的手段，取得勝訴判決及債權憑證後，便有權扣押、查封對方資產。
